McDougall Resources LLC currently consists of a small but mighty team of two:
President, James McDougall has over 30 years of experience with four different companies. His roles have been in sales, marketing, marketing management, business development, sales operations and marketing operations. Among his accomplishments are the launch and management of some of the most commercially successful products in the animal healthcare industry, management of large operating expense budgets, as well as supervising the work of agencies & marketing professionals both domestic & international.
Vice-President, Lucy McDougall has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, both animal health & human health, as well as deep experience in digital communications & marketing campaigns, finance & administration. She is a trained IT specialist and passionate project manager.
